This morning I woke 3 minutes before my alarm. As usual, I scrambled to turn off the alarm before it sounded. I was successful! I also woke with much less of a headache than when I had gone to bed. Unfortunately, the small headache I had remained throughout the day today. At least it wasn't as intense as yesterday's migraine.
I went to the kitchen and popped my morning pills and gulped a substantial sized glass of water before realizing that I had planned on weighing my self first thing. I stepped on the scales anyway and discovered that I had lost six pounds over the past two days! Go me!
This was a busy day at work for me and honestly I found it difficult to stop what I was doing long enough to take my pills or eat this or drink that at the appropriate times. I did still get my pills popped as instructed in the Xyngular Ignite guidlines.
As you may remember today was my work picnic. It was supposed to start at eleven. I figured I would totally have time to eat my ten o'clock protein snack and then drive to the park and have my sensible lunch. I suppose plans don't always go as expected and I ended up only getting in two string cheese before it was time to head out.
My work provided the food for our lunch in the park. The meal consisted of chips, potato salad, pasta salad, assorted meat deli sandwiches, cupcakes, and punch to drink. I did pretty darn good considering that all of my old favorites were there begging to be eaten.
As I went down the table selecting my meal, I skipped the chips (they had my two favorites Funyuns and Cheetos) and I skipped both salads. I grabbed a roast beef sandwich (mainly because I'm already sick of turkey and chicken). I also skipped the cupcakes (chocolate and vanilla) and the punch opting for water to drink instead. They had a big plates of tomato slices, romaine lettuce, and red onion for the sandwiches so I piled on the veggies. I skipped the mayo but used a lot of yellow mustard. It was pretty good. I also found a plate of deviled eggs and grabbed three of them. I figured more protein from the eggs would help make up for the lack of protein earlier in the day.
There were too many people at my table and sitting too close together to snap a pic of my plate. I also didn't want to be considered the weird guy who takes pictures of his food at a company party.

I was still hungry after we ate, but compensated by drinking more water. Once I got back to the office I had almost two entire protein snacks that I hadn't eaten yet still in the fridge. I snagged one and chowed down. It kinda made me sick on top of already feeling sick. I still gagged the chicken and greens down because I knew I had missed a portion of my first protein snack from the day and was trying to self correct.
All day my phone alarm/reminders kept sounding at times when I couldn't do a damn thing about them. I was still glad that I had set them and within a few minutes had taken the pill or done whatever it was that I needed to do.
As the work day came closer to the end, I grabbed a few more string cheese and ate those. I was now only behind in eating a greens serving and a portion of my morning protein snack. I figured having had a "real lunch" canceled out the jumbled eating schedule in the middle of my day.
Tonight is my first unlimited protein night. I have a tub of cottage cheese that I'm going to dig into for something different. I think tomorrow I will take tuna to work as one of my protein snacks. I intentionally bought the tear open and eat packet kind to make it easier for eating on the go. I also purchased the more expensive "Albacore" tuna because the regular tuna packed in water is sort of brown and spotty and that just creeps me out.
It's almost six and I am tired and getting more and more edgy as the day goes on. Luckily all I have planned for the evening is to relax and watch TV.
I still feel pretty crappy and I keep hoping that it's just my body getting rid of all the toxins that have built up over the years. To be honest, if this is how Xyngular makes me feel on a regular basis, then there is no way in Hell that I will continue taking it past the 30 day supply that I currently have. The only thing I'm holding on to is that I have lost 6 pounds in first 48 hours. If I can keep that up until I'm out of product, I will be well on my way to my final goal weight!
A little while later....
I just had my din din and I am feeling MUCH better! Eating has made me feel super sleepy!!! I had 4 oz of turkey sandwich meat, low fat cottage cheese, and fresh baby spinach. It was delicious! I sprinkled it all with Mrs Dash (Salt Free) Southwest Chipotle Seasoning. Yum! I am now full, happy, and sleepy!!! I also had several large glasses of water with my meal.
About half way through my meal I realized that I had forgotten to take my CHEAT pill thirty minutes before eating dinner. Grrrr! I remedied that by grabbing two capsules and breaking them open and sprinkling them on top of my food. It was tasteless and didn't change the texture of my food at all.
I am really going to bed now. More to come tomorrow!
